Group Runs

Track Workouts:
Starting April 7, 2012, every Wednesday evening, 6:00pm, at Kirtland High School
track on Rt 306.
   
Weekly Group Runs
Come join your fellow Northeast Running Club members/non-members and friends for a weekly group run/walk!
   
When: EVERY SATURDAY MORNING DEPARTING @ 7:30 AM
Where: Gristmill Plaza, 7596 Fredle Drive, Concord Twp., Ohio, 44077
Who: All runners and walkers
Distance: Base miles is typically 10 miles (shorter/longer options available
Pace: Anywhere from 7-11 minute miles
*Note: A lot of the Saturday runners are training for half marathon, full marathons, 50ks (and longer distances) and may be starting earlier than 7:30 AM to get in more miles. When: Every Monday, 6:00 P.M.
Where: Chagrin River Park... Willoughby, OH
Who: All abilities are welcome.
Course and Distance: The park’s relatively flat and wide trails are a combination of hard packed dirt and crushed limestone. The simple loops make it easy to do increments of 1,3 and 5 miles in a beautiful setting of trees, fields and the Chagrin River. All of these loops pass the parking lot, so you can come join the group and run any distance you like.
Pace: There will always be a 10-12 min/mile pacer present.
