Pros: A 'rare' 10k? Shame there aren't more of these. Great course that is heavily shaded, which helped in the heat of the day.
Cons:
Comments: The hill midway through the course is really the test of endurance and race strategy, namely, run or power-walk up it?

Pros: Fantastic course. Great environment to be in. Even though it was hot, most of the race was in the shade. People were awesome!
Cons: The hill on mile 3 coupled with the humidity made the race very difficult and people had to walk a lot by the end of it.
Comments: A race I would absolutely tell anyone to do. It was just unfortunate it was so dag on humid. People are awesome to be around and lots of runners have marathon experience.

Overall:
Pros: The courses first half is relatively easy, a few small hills and once you start down river road, down hill initially, then level. Once past the hill, the remainder of the course is pretty flat, with the last mile a little hilly.
Cons: The hill is the real challenge of the course, kudos to those who were able to run up it.
Comments: I enjoyed this race, it's length and the challenge the hill represented. North Chagrin is a great place for running locally.
